A2 milk is a type of cow's milk that contains only the A2 beta-casein protein, whereas most conventional milk contains a mix of A1 and A2 beta-casein proteins. Some people believe that A1 beta-casein may cause digestive discomfort in some individuals. Potential benefits of A2 milk: Easier digestion: Some people find A2 milk easier to digest than conventional milk, potentially reducing symptoms like bloating, gas, and diarrhea. Improved lactose tolerance: Some individuals who experience discomfort with regular milk may find they can tolerate A2 milk better, as it may not trigger the same digestive issues. Important Note: While some studies suggest potential benefits of A2 milk, more research is needed to fully understand its effects on digestion and overall health.
